Production Steps
① Incoming material quality inspection
We purchase raw materials and accessories according to mass production plans or customized requirements and inspect the quality of incoming materials according to ISO9001-2015, CE, UL, ETL standards to ensure that subsequent products have stable quality and reliable performance.
② Assembly Manufacturing
In the core link of assembly and manufacturing, we will assemble various parts strictly in accordance with standard SOPs. At the same time, we will also regularly debug and test assembly tools, fixtures, etc. to ensure assembly accuracy and quality.
③ Inspection, aging test
Inspection: Use the seven major QC tools to inspect and test the performance and quality indicators of finished equipment; Electrical aging test: Perform a power-on aging test on the plasma treatment equipment to test various functions. Only when the equipment meets the established standards and regulations can the finished product be put into storage.
④ Quality inspection before shipment
The finished equipment is tested for quality and functionality again before leaving the factory to ensure that all functions work well. Once all are confirmed to be correct, they are packaged and shipped.
⑤ Transport/Packing
We cooperate with top logistics, express and freight forwarders, so that we have the most competitive shipping time and price. At the same time, we provide professional export-specific packaging materials, such as various types of moisture-proof bags, wooden boxes, boxes, etc.
